Jeder Kunde hat eine persönliche Stylistin oder Stylist, von der er individuelle Beratung erhält und anschließend handverlesene Outfits geschickt bekommt. Der Versand und die Beratung sind komplett kostenlos. Der Kunde kann alles in Ruhe zu Hause anprobieren und was nicht passt oder gefällt, kann innerhalb von 14 Tagen kostenlos zurückschicken.

Wir machen einen Vorab-Check der potentiellen Kunden. Wenn jemand den Check nicht besteht, muss er mit 150€ in Vorkasse gehen. Wenn der Kunde die Vorkasse nicht bezahlen sollte, gilt die Bestellung als storniert.
Wenn der Kunde einen Telefontermin vereinbart und diesen nicht wahrnimmt, gilt die Bestellung als storniert.

We offer a personal shopping service in which the customer, after a short questionnaire and an optional phone call with his stylist, gets an outfit box with complete outfits sent to his home. For every taste, every budget - for women, for men, for everyone!
Every customer has a personal stylist from whom they receive individual advice and are then sent hand-picked outfits. Shipping and advice are completely free. The customer can try everything on at home and anything that doesn't fit or doesn't suit them can be sent back free of charge within 14 days.

When is the publisher not compensated?
We do a preliminary check of potential customers. If someone does not pass the check, they have to pay €150 in advance. If the customer should not pay the advance payment, the order is considered cancelled.
If the customer arranges a telephone appointment and does not attend, the order is considered to be cancelled.
